How Brazilian star, Dani Alves raped his victim who waives compensation and wants him to pay with jail
Graphic account of how Brazil’s World Cup player raped his victim has emerged even as the alleged victim wants justice and not financial compensation.
The victim of the alleged rape committed claimed that the act was committed in a well-known nightclub in Barcelona on December 30, 2022.
According to the Spanish newspaper El País , which cites sources of the investigation, the young woman’s objective would be for justice to be done and for the footballer to pay with jail for what, according to his version, happened that night.
The complainant, as reported by El Periódico on Friday , the newspaper that revealed her statement before the judge, explained to the Catalan police that the Brazilian player locked her in a bathroom in the VIP area and raped her.
Biological samples have been collected in the sink where the events allegedly occurred and the local security cameras have been viewed.
According to information from El Periódico , both Alves and the woman were in that bathroom for about a quarter of an hour. This would emerge from the recordings of the nightclub’s security cameras, which are being analyzed in the police investigation
Alves forced her to sit on top of him, threw her to the ground, forced her to give him a fellatio which she actively resisted, slapped her, lifted her off the ground and penetrated her until ejaculating
The judge investigating the case would have reminded the complainant that she has the right , in the event of a conviction, to be financially compensated for the injuries and moral damages suffered.

Last Friday, the judge investigating the case accepted the request of the Prosecutor’s Office and the private prosecution exercised by the complainant and sent the Brazilian soccer player to jail.

He appeared to be asking for the striker’s shirt to join the Messi-mania, but it turned out he was actually requesting an autograph for a relative with special needs.
Despite the heartfelt request, Ortiz’s actions did not comply with CONCACAF’s code of conduct for officials.
“Upon investigation, CONCACAF has learned that the referee approached the player to request an autograph for a family member with special needs,” the North American football governing body said in a statement to ESPN.
Although the exact nature of the disciplinary action was not disclosed, CONCACAF added that Ortiz accepted full responsibility for his actions and apologised for his breach of protocol.
The first leg of the premier continental tournament for clubs from North America, Central America and the Caribbean was initially postponed due to a winter storm warning in the area.
Inter Miami will host Sporting in the return leg at Chase Stadium on Tuesday.
“The referee’s actions were not in accordance with the confederation’s code of conduct for match officials and the procedures in place for these types of requests.”
