Breaking! Tobi Amusan inspires Nigeria to relay gold!

Shortly after winning her individual gold medal in the 100m hurdles, Nigeria’s golden girl, Tobi Amusan was in the quartet that won the 4x100m women relay at the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games this Sunday afternoon.

The Nigerian team finished with a new African record of 42.10 seconds to beat England and Jamaica who finished second and third respectively. 

The men’s team won silver in the final of the 4x100m relay, finishing behind England.
