FIFA denies extension of World Cup matches’ duration

World football governing body, FIFA has issued a release, deny speculations and rumours that emerged on Wednesday claiming that matches at Qatar 2022 will be played for 100 minutes instead of the conventional 90-minute duration.

It stated  that there will be no changes to the rules regarding the length of football matches at Qatar 2022 or at any other competition.
