At last, the ‘Perfect Storm’ is here as Anthony Joshua faces his toughest challenger

Even by Anthony Joshua’s promoter, Eddie Hearns, the two-time World Heavyweight champion is going to be in for a long night as he faces on Saturday, Oleksandr Usyk of Ukraine on Saturday.

A general consensus is that Usyk has all the tools to bring everything tumbling down for Joshua if he can withstand his heavier hands.

Joshua will have to be at his very best if he is to keep alive, his hope of becoming the undisputed heavyweight champion as he eyes a possible clash with Tyson Fury who holds the WBC title.

Joshua holds the other four – WBA, IBF, WBO and IBO titles. He will have to get his act perfect as he faces Usk at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London.

Although Joshua is the favourite to win, one cannot  underestimate the Ukrainian who is a former undisputed cruiserweight champion before moving up to the heavyweight class.

The southpaw is also a former Olympic gold medallist and has been undefeated as a professional.
