MANCHESTER UNITED TARGET JADON SANCHO ‘PUSHING’ FOR BORUSSIA DORTMUND EXIT

Jadon Sancho is ‘pushing’ his representative to engineer a move away from Borussia Dortmund this summer, with long-term admirers Manchester United retaining their interest in the English superstar.

The 21-year-old has a ‘gentleman’s agreement’ in place with Der BVB sporting director Michael Zorc, which would allow him to move on for the right price in the upcoming transfer window. That fee is believed to be around £87m, and the winger is keen to see the promise honoured.

And the Manchester Evening News reports that Sancho is now ‘pushing’ his representative Emeka Obasi to get a deal over the line this summer, with Old Trafford remaining his most likely destination.

The possibility of Man Utd investing a huge chunk of their transfer budget into the signing of Sancho feels ever more feasible, after the Red Devils opted to extend Edinson Cavani’s contract for a further season on Monday.
