Remo Stars FC will be aiming to bounce back from their 1-0 defeat to Crown FC when they welcome J. Atete FC to Remo Stars Stadium, Ikenne-Remo on Wednesday evening.

In contrast, J. Atete head to Remo Stars Stadium following a slim 1-0 win over Apex Krane, getting their goal in the second 45 minutes of that game.

It’s the Match day nine in the Group B2 (Southern Conference) of the Nigeria National League (NNL) and the Sky Blue Stars are yet to lose a game at home.

Fresh from a resounding 1-0 victory over Joy Cometh FC, the Sky Blue Stars made the trip to take on the Ajilete Boys with the goal of marching to their second away win in the ongoing Nigeria National League (NNL).

However, Crown FC simply ensured they got their points against fellow contender with Taiwo Abdulrafiu scoring a free kick in the 41st minute to give his side the win.

The Sky Blue Stars will push to continue their hundred percent (100%) home record as J. Atete are also striving to get their first away win in the 2020/2021 season of the NNL.

The last time both sides met, the game ended 0-0 at the Gateway International Stadium in Sagamu two years ago.

The Sky Blue Stars despite their loss to Crown FC still maintain the first position on the log with 15 points, while J. Atete are currently 7th on the log with 11points.

A win for Remo Stars will keep them on that position ahead of their next away game to Apex Krane at the Agbor Township Stadium this weekend.
