Another round of controversy around Lionel Messi has broken out at FC Barcelona. This time, it has to do with the player’s contract which has been leaked to the public by Spanish publication, El Mundo on Sunday.

It is believed that the contract had been a closely guarded secret as only five people at Barcelona have or used to have access to Messi’s contract.

The five people, Sports Village Square gathered include the current CEO, Oscar Grau; former president, Josep Maria Bartomeu and interim president Carles Tusquets.

The identities of the other two have not been established. One of the two who cannot be identified at the moment is suspected to be former vice president, Jordi Mestre.

It is further gathered that Messi’s lawyers may opt to sue all the five.
