Frank Lampard is set to oversee a major overhaul at Stamford Bridge this summer, with N’golo Kante among the players who could be moved on

Chelsea are reportedly ready to offload up to 10 players as Frank Lampard overhauls his squad at Stamford Bridge.

The Blues legend secured a top-four Premier League finish and a FA Cup final berth during his first season at the helm.

However, The Times claim Lampard will lead a revolution at the west London club during this summer’s transfer window.

Chelsea are ready to sell four defenders in a bid to improve a back line that shipped 54 goals in 38 league games – more than any other side in the top 10.

Kurt Zouma, Andreas Christensen, Emerson Palmieri and Marcos Alonso are all available.

N’Golo Kante appeared 28 times for the Blues this term but could also be heading for the exit door as Lampard has struggled to fit Kante in his system. Kepa Arrizabalaga, who cost £71m from Bilbao just two years ago, could leave on loan to get him off the wage bill, with Willy Caballero replacing him between the sticks for Saturday’s FA Cup final loss to Arsenal at Wembley.

Tiemoue Bakayoko and Ross Barkley could also depart, alongside Michy Batshuayi, who hasn’t featured since February.

Meanwhile, Willian has rejected Chelsea’s contract offer and looks set to depart on a free transfer, with London rivals Arsenal and Tottenham keen on the Brazilian.

Chelsea have already splashed out more than £90m on Timo Werner and Hakim Ziyech, while Leicester’s Ben Chilwell remains high on Lampard’s wishlist.
