As Nigeria’s second-string Super Eagles prepare for a possible third consecutive appearance in the African Nations Championship (CHAN), their last opposition, Hawks of Togo are not leaving anything to chances.

Both teams meet in the first leg encounter at the Kégué stadium in Lome on Sunday.

For the encounter, Sports Village Square gathered from Togo Tribune that the Hawks had been in camp since Monday under Coach Jean-Paul Abalo Yaovi Dosseh.

The Sports Village Square further gathered that the coach is optimistic of getting a good result that would made the return leg a mere formality for his team.

“We will do everything to win this game on Sunday at home. The Nigerian selection, we do not really know it apart from a few who played with the U23.

“We have a strong group that deserves to pass the Nigerian course, “Dosseh told the media on Friday.
