NIGERIA’S FLYING EAGLES, SOUTH AFRICA’S AMAJITA HAVE SCORES TO SETTLE AGAIN

Both Nigeria and South Africa will meet again on Saturday in the third place match of the CAF U20 Nations Cup in Niger Republic. At the group stage they played goalless.

Both teams from Group A lost their respective semi-final matches on Wednesday. Nigeria lost on penalties, 3-4 to Mali after a 1-1 draw while South Africa lost through a self-inflicted goal to Senegal in the other encounter.

Mali and Senegal in Group B will now play the final match. They had met at the stage and Senegal won 2-0.
