VICTOR MOSES MAY LEAVE CHELSEA IN JANUARY

Retired Super Eagles’ player, Victor Moses, who appears out of favour with Antonio Conte’s successor in Chelsea may be looking for an exit in the January transfer window.

Moses was a wing-back under Conte. But the arrival of Maurizio Sarri has seen Chelsea abandon the use of wing-backs and as such, the Nigerian star has found himself on the sidelines this season.

As such, he is considering a move in the January window, as per a report from the London Evening Standard.

Sarri’s Chelsea play with a back four, meaning Moses’ position under Conte, right wing-back, is no longer in existence and as such, he’s found his time limited to cameo appearances as a winger.

However, with the likes of Eden Hazard, Willian and Pedro all ahead of him in the pecking order to play as a winger, Moses doesn’t seem like he’ll get much of a look in.

Whether Sarri would let the Nigerian star leave in January is not yet known, but Moses could push for a move if he does not feature more between now and then.
