IT’S UP NIGERIA! BEAT GHANA ON PENALTIES!

The Golden Eaglets Saturday night in Niamey, Niger Republic picked the WAFU Zone B ticket for the African U-17 Nations Cup after beating their Ghanaian counterparts, 3-1 on penalties.

Scores after regulation time was 1-1 before the ensuing penalty shoot out when the nerves of the Ghanaian failed.

After a scoreless first half, the Ghanaians took the lead in the 54th minute. But the Eaglets rallied back as to cancelled the lead almost immediately.
