GHANA FORMER FIFA U17 WORLD CUP WINNER DIES
One of Ghanaian heroes in the 1991 FIFA Under 16 World Tournament, now U-17 World Cup, Abdul Karim Migima has died, a Ghanaian online publication has reported.
Migima played for the victorious Ghanaian side at the tournament played in Italy. According to information, he would have been 44 on December 5 this year.
He was expected to be buried later on Thursday according to Islamic customs and traditions. Migima, a fine midfielder in his prime, played for Great Olympics and Okwahu United in the Ghana Premier League.
He also had a short in Germany. Migima doubled as a coach of a juvenile side in Korle Gonno and was a tailor during his retirement
