As the camp of the Super Eagles begin to bubble with the arrival more players, the team on Tuesday engaged in foot-volleyball on the Indian Ocean beach at their Savoy Hotel Resort and Spa, Victoria.
The exercise was obviously to improve stamina especially after the long trip to the Indian Ocean Archipelago.
A video clip of the training exercise was uploaded on the team’s verified twitter handle.
As at Tuesday, 18 players were already in camp. Latest arrivals at the camp are: Ahmed Musa, Ogenyi Onazi, Odion Ighalo, Etebo Oghenekaro, Leon Balogun and Jamilu Collins.
The Pirates of Seychelles that the Super Eagles will be meeting Saturday’s Matchday 2 of the Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers opened camp on Sunday.
Both teams will be struggling on Saturday to get their first points in the qualifying series. The two lost their Match Day 1 encounters.
