VICTOR MOSES’ SUPER EAGLES EXIT OPENS DOORS FOR THE YOUNG SAYS IWOBI

Alex Iwobi has also paid tribute to Victor Moses who on Wednesday announced his international retirement.

According to Iwobi who scored the goal that qualified Nigeria for the Russia 2018 World Cup, Moses’ exit will afford the younger players more playing time in the Super Eagles.

From his verified twitter handle, Iwobi, a nephew of the legendary Austin Jay Jay Okocha, wrote: “Thank you for paving the way for us. You Achieved So Much For Our Country. It Was A Pleasure To Play With You, Wishing You The Best Big Bro ‪@VictorMoses”.

If fielded, both London-based players will be playing against each other this weekend when Chelsea face Arsenal in the English Premier League.
