Nigeria’s Ahmed Musa is included among 10 World Cup stars whose good performance may earn them better transfers in the coming days. Musa’s brilliant double against Iceland primarily earned him the rating.

According to BBC, the two goals earned Musa high praises in Argentina as the goals gave the former two-time World Cup winners renewed hope of reaching the World Cup stage last month.

Musa is now the third top African goalscorer at World Cups with four. Only Asamoah Gyan (six for Ghana) and Roger Milla (five for Cameroon) have managed more.

He  “spent the second half of last season on loan with former club CSKA Moscow but his World Cup exploits may help him have a career at Leicester – or get a permanent move away” remarked BBC.
