Osimhen Lands in Eagles’ Paris Nest
The Super Eagles’ camp in Paris which is already bubbling is set to get additional impetus as top scorer at the last FIFA Under 17 World Cup; Victor Osimhen is reportedly on his way to the camp.
According to information from the official twitter handle of the Nigeria Football Federation, the Wolfsburg of Germany teenager is on his way to the Nigerian camp in Paris.
The team is preparing for the friendly match with Togo on Thursday.
Already in camp are Kayode Olanrewaju, Henry Onyekuru (KAS Eupen, Belgium), Dele Alampasu (Cesarense FC, Portugal), Wilfred Ndidi (Leicester City, England); Stephen Odey (MFM), Kelechi Iheanacho (Manchester City), Alex Iwobi (Arsenal), Ahmed Musa (Leicester City, England), Ikechukwu Ezenwa (FC IfeanyiUbah), Sikiru Olatubosun (MFM FC) and Tyronne Ebuehi (ADO Den Haag, The Netherlands).
Others are: Abdullahi Shehu (Anorthosis Famagusta, Cyprus), Elderson Echiejile (Sporting Gijon, Spain), William Ekong (KAA Gent, Belgium), Chidozie Awaziem (FC Porto, Portugal), Uche Agbo (CF Granada, Spain) and Mikel Agu (Vitoria Setubal, Portugal).
Also in camp are: Alhassan Ibrahim (Akwa United FC) and Oghenekaro Etebo (CD Feirense, Portugal). According to the information from the NFF twitter handle, training was turbocharged on Tuesday.” We’re happy to welcome @alexiwobi to training. He was part of the winning (9- a side) team”.
