Former Nigerian skipper and coach, Sunday Oliseh, has aligned with one of his former European club sides, Juventus to win next month’s UEFA Champions League.

Juventus will face defending champions and Cristiano Ronaldo-inspired Real Madrid in the June 3 final match in Cardiff, Wales. It is a repeat final match of the 1998 episode which Real Madrid won 1-0.

This time around, Oliseh who made eight appearances as midfielder for Juventus in the Season 1999/2000 has tipped the Italian giants for success. Ahead of the semi final clash with Monaco, he wrote loftily on his blog about his former club.

“When you play at Juventus, all you have to worry about is playing football.

The club’s management tries to cater for every other thing that you may need.”

He was certain Juventus will scale all hurdles. “I definitely will not bet against this Juventus side getting to the final in Cardiff in June 2017” he concluded.
