Chairman of the NFF Technical Sub-Committee, Christopher Green was the happiest man when the NFF/Aiteo partnership deal was sealed on Wednesday.
One of his biggest burden as an administrator in charge of technical aspects of Nigerian teams, was lifted off his shoulder.
There would no longer any complaint of national coaches being owed. Chris Green was seen congratulating board members and other football stakeholders as the epoch making and grand breaking partnership deal was sealed at the Eko hotel and suites, in Lagos.
“Am a happy man today because one of my biggest burden has been lifted of my shoulder. When my coaches are happy am happy.
“I want to thank everybody who made this deal possible because it has come at the right time when Nigeria is gunning for both the World Cup and Nations Cup tickets.
“With this the coaches will be fully and optimally motivated because the era of working without pay is now over.
“This is what the NFF was always yearning for and Aiteo have finally come to our rescue. On our part, the only way we can make them happy is by winning our matches and qualifying for major continental and world events.
“We no longer have any excuse for failure so we must give it our all from now on, to succeed he said, brimming with smiles”
