18-Man Zesco Arrive Enugu, Thursday

Depleted Zesco United of Zambia has named two new players to replace some of those who will miss the Sunday clash with Nigeria’s Enugu Rangers in the first leg of the CAF Champions League pre-group encounter.

Four key players – Idris Mbombo, Jackson Mwanza, Misheck Chaila and Simon Silwimba are ruled out owing to suspension and injuries.

The media officer of the club, Katebe Chengo, has announced new arrivals to the squad. Two of them are Fackson Kapumbu and Dave Daka.

The Serbian coach of the club, Zlatko Krmpotic, gave the full 18 member squad that will fly aboard Ethiopian Airways from Simon Mwansa Kapwepwe Airport to Enugu on Thursday. The team departs at 3.30pm local time.
