Onazi To Captain Super Eagles

Turkey’s Trabzonspor’s defender, Ogenyi Onazi, has been handed the arms band as the stand in captain in the absence of Mikel Obi. The decision means that Ahmed Musa is most likely not to be in the starting line up.

The match, as reported by the Sports Village Square on Thursday, will be sparsely attended by spectators despite the large Nigerian population in London and the game holding in a small capacity arena.

Also, information from the organisers, Jairo Pachon, revealed that there will not be any live coverage of the match on television as no station picked up the TV rights. The match kicks off at 9pm in Nigeria time.
