For the violent conduct in the Premiership match with Bournemouth last Saturday, Manchester United’s Zlatan Ibrahimovic has been slammed with a three match ban in domestic competition.
The immediate import of this is the missing of Monday’s potentially explosive FA quarterfinal clash with Chelsea at Stamford Bridge. . He will also miss two Premiership fixtures with Middlesbrough and West Bromwich Albion.
His absence is almost a big blow to Manchester United as they face one of their big rivals on Monday. Ibrahimovic has been United’s lead scorer.
He was charged for elbowing Tyrone Mings in the home game with Bournemouth. Ming is also facing a possible ban for an alleged stamp on the Swede’s head.
Ibrahimovic will however play in Thursday’s Europa League match with Rostov.

Anything that pulls ManU down. It’s not like they are going to win the league anyways. Ibrahim Movie is a very strategic coach and as a strong opponent of ManU I want him down. For as long as possible sef.
